I was just served unpleasantly by one lady and then accused of something I didn’t do by her friend. I guess they have not heard of a thing like customer service! Really bad experienced and I have been a client of Kicks since 2007... DON’T RECOMMEND the one in Oslo City!

I like kicks really much, but this shop was really full of people on Saturday and the shop is quite little. Also many tester and makeups were finish and/or quite dirty. Good and wide range of products though.
