As an owner having done a great deal of research before using Leiebolig, I've been very satisfied with their services in the past two years. The crucial task of managing and solving tenant - owner disputes is when you need someone experienced on your side, and they do a great job in that area (still some room for improvement). As an owner, one should know his/her rights and read and understand the contract completely.

Leiebolig is competitive and on the overall as a owner I am satisfied with the service provided. Payments on time, follow up on administrative actions, pricing of the service. Areas of improvements would be the following: - Contact dependent too much on the person responsible to follow up, a best practice should be reinforced. - Maintenance service is not good enough and at a competitive price, in situations where there is a need to have some maintenance performed to support both the owner and the person renting, the reaction time in my experience is too slow and the quality of the work performed was not satisfactory. Improving this area will create more certainty for all. I so would recommend Leiebolig as a owner, and would advocate for Leiebolig to work on the Maintenance service they may offer.
Relatively fast response, but also very focused on the contract rather than discussing solutions. Good level of professionalism makes up for it. Can recommend.
I had a great experience with Leiebolig as a renter. The agent was very flexible with times and dates, and the apartment was in good condition, we enjoyed every day in it. We had a case when there was a need to move out quickly because I was changing jobs, and the agent did the best job with arranging contracts for the new tenant and was reacting quickly for our requests. They were also helping with specific issues we faced with internet/tv provider and resolved them immediately. I would absolutely recommend Leiebolig as a company to work with.

Leiebolig is a very easy company to deal with, they are very professional and answer any questions you have, I lived in the apartment for a little more than a year and had no issues with the payments, requests or deposit. I would highly recommend them in case you are looking for a place.
