As a customer I would expect to be given a choice whether my salad should be extra spicy or regular. Or, at the very least be informed that the meal that I am ordering is very spicy. There is no indication of that in the menu, and personnel did not inform me. Tastes differ greatly, obviously, but my salmon salad was way to spicy for my personal preference. To the point that I could even eat it all.
