bought a new motorcycle, full gear, made service, was a new client at the store, they made a mistake on pricing on some parts, and wanted more money for mistake they did themselves. Spend 125k in their shop, and they did not wanted me to be a client anymore, because they wanted to have extra 1000kr from me. So that is what they care about, small money, not to keep you as a costumer. Terrible service, do not recommend to buy there anything. And they do not care about you at all, they care about money, and themselves. Do not recommend.
Large selection for a retailer but customer service is horrible. I have spent so much time waiting for help every time that I have tried to buy gear there that I have given up entirely. Their shop is much better but still I have minor issues that are just not acceptable. Example: simple tire change, they forgot to check the chain tension...
