Useless User Interface; The link I received via sms lead to a user interface with no other links to pay the bill. The link was only valid for 24 hours so I had no way to pay. I tried the bot and called to try and solve the problem; to no avail. In the end I had to send an email, and will likely be charged for late payment

They should've check correct address on Folkeregister. Been sending letters to my old apartment. However after phone call they canceled the penalty and send me original bill. Need to say that my fastlege had old address, although it shouldve automatically upload in his computer, let alone I specifically told him my new address. So make sure your doctor doesn't have a brain blackout and you are registered correctly!
If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Never answer the phone, never send the mail in time or to the right place, yet I still have to pay four times the amount of a doctors appointment. Absolutely absurd.
How could you send a collection invoice with extra fees when there was no due date and no KID on the original invoice in the first place? Rest assured that I will report this to the Norwegian authorities, I am not sure how legal your practice is.
You send me purring and inkassovarsel on a hospital bill that I already paid. AndWAnd to make itIit worse, I havechave ata frikort. A lady on the line was not even willing to listen to my complain. She hang up on me! Shame. Inkassovarsel is not a good thing at all. It turnishes your name.
How can this scam in Norway exist? Why is the first invoice from a DOCTOR directly a debt collection? For months now I have been paying the same bill, but it seems like its impossible to pay off because I always get a new bill.
The worst company that I ever seen in Norway . They do not send faktura even electronically, and I was outside of Norway for some period and they still increase the amount and send it to my previous address. How should I know there is any faktura that I should pay when I am not here ?!1!! you will receive suddenly huge amount of money without any detail and not showing the reason how they calculate. They do not answer the phone even .
Something need to be done about this company, It cant be that they can claim for 1 invoice that was paid.
