I drove my 2018 model honda hrv for regular service at july 2020 in Ensjø mobil as. After paying for regular service i went to drive my car to home. But i found that my car front tyre had pin and tyre was punctured at ensjø mobil parking place. They told me that it took 3 days to chane tyre and i must pay for it. When i went after 3days and they told me that they changed both of my front tyre becuase they did not find same front tyre as before. Since tyre was punctured in Ensjø privat parking place and they changed different tyres in my new car. They did not take any responsiblity for punctured and i had to pay all money for tyre. I paid almost 2500nok with out my any fault. I am very disatisfied beacuse of this case.

I had had my car on service there now the first i went down there to my appointment they had done something wrong so they didn't have time to do it then and no rental cars to borrow me while they fix the car, so i have to go back a different day. the next time i am able to deliver my car and everything seems fine. After they have had the car for almost 2 weeks and told me that they are done whit the repair, i go back to pick up the car and they hadn't done what they were supposed to. when i tell them that they still don't have a rental car and they give me a new appointment in 3 days.

The Citroen Service is really bad, the seller is arogant and doset want to fix a car that i bought, got it dirty and broken. Bad citroen service! Just go somewhere else.

Stay away from this place. These guys are thieves. They tried to charge my neighbor 16 000kr for EU kontroll. We went to NAF Oslo to double check (EU etterkontroll). NAF said there is nothing to be fixed in the car. If you don't know about cars, Auto Elite will rob you to your pants! Another friend of mine is preparing papers to sue these guys to court. Steer clear from this place!
This is not perfect service. They dont see everything.
