Low customer service! Last time talked, lady from NextgenTel was rude! They tried to do something about slow internet at start, but than they released it to flow as it goes... Worst thing is that internet is so poor and sometime(3 to multiple times) it just losts, while watching youtube or other videos. Internet speed is somewhere around 12mbit they claim, but videos are stopping even on lowest quality... :( Tried to do something many times by calling them, but got only excuses and old answers and steps, like restar router and stuff, but still it is allways loosing time after time a connection.

I was their client. I bought a router for a year. I paid regularly. over 400 night After a month I received an invoice for thousands of crowns which is still unpaid. The case is not closed. I do not recommend the company. I didn't listen to my friends who advised her against.

I signed up at the door with the salesman. I changed my mind the next day, rang them, and was told that the subscription was cancelled. They then proceeded to do a credit check on me, send the new ruter and cancel my subscription with Telenor, despite me ringing and complaining each time they sent a new email. They blamed the ‘automatic system’ for all this. I have spoken with them 4 or 5 times. We have no internet tonight. If I get a bill for this I’m going to the Consumer Advice Bureau. Stay away from Nextgentel, this is mega-aggressive sales, and incredibly incompetent customer service. Zero stars.

Really bad internet connection speed. You will never get the internet speed they promised you. Supposed to be 20mbps but i get 10mbps. Have complained so many times but no good feedback. I will never recomend this to anyone i know.

The worst service along with the slowest connection we have ever experienced! Today for instance we don't have internet connection, they are off without a support service!

Having faktura problem, on which I should get payment back 1746nok.. the problem has been going for more than 5months now.. havent got my money back..
