I would imagine sympathy to be hard for doctors today. So many patients to see, and so little time to spend with each - yet, i felt very taken care of during my visit here and walked out relaxed and content. Since its a private clinic and one pays more, some of the experienced goodness is expected. But the active frontdesk lady who seemed to multi-task was really nice to chat with too. These things weigh up alot.

What can I say? It is hard. Typically, this place is very good. Opening hours are superior and the doctor I visit - Tony Ho - is just great. There are, however, downsides. Some of the reception workers are rude and do not seem to try to understand your case before drawing conclusions. Just 20 minutes ago they tried charging me 980 nok instead of 200 nok just because they were lazy to check the online system of the clinics with my data before registering the procedure. Be wary of this. Furthermore, now I am waiting a simple blood test for 20 minutes. Not the most pleasant thing in the morning when there is stuff to do at work. Please take care of educating your reception employees well. They can easily spoil otherwise amazing experience at your clinic!
Update needed. I think i have to write an update and change my review of Oslo City legesenter. After almost 2 months after my first appointment, i had to contact them cause i needed some specific medicine that otherwise i had no idea how to get. The reception, and both the doctors of the department i needed, has been very helpful. I decided to leave my previous review because i wanted to show that their professionality in 2 different occasion in the past 10 days made change my mind. Thank you! Oslo City Legesenter is the worst medical center i have ever seen. The incompetence of the people at the reception is unbelievable. They take no responsibility or excuse themselves for their mistakes. They lost my blood sample and, in a very annoyed way first they doubted i ever took the blood test and when I showed the proof that i did it, they try to say that the mistake was of the laboratory, laboratory that is in one of the biggest hospital in Oslo. I eventually went straight to take another blood test at the hospital (that confirmed me that they never received a blood sample with my name from them ) I don't even want to start to comment about the gynecologist check. I just say that the doctor after the ultrasound (needed to valuate a IVF procedure, and she knew it) without telling and so explaining, wrote on my journal that i have a condition that basically make any pregnancy impossible. I found out googling that word. So this place really needs to be more emphatic, more humble, more kind. The way it is now is really to avoid, at any cost!!
Appointment was required and we could not wait for one. Had to go elsewhere for medical service
