Fast and reliable service for fast-track COVID test. The test itself was very quick, and I got all my certificates 10 hours after the test. I was able to print them (in color) at my hotel, and have everything in order for my flight to Thailand. The documents were accepted without any problems in Oslo, Dubai and Bangkok. Thank you so much for providing this wonderful service!

I am quite disappointed of service offered for Covid-19 PCR Fast Track. I was pushed for paying for an extra fit-to-fly certificate although this fast track test is already expensive. The lady told me if I did not take the certificate, I would had simply received an email with the result in; so I decided to pay for it. Actually I found out afterward, that they still send a Lab report attached to an email even if you don't pay for certificate. That was really misleading and kind of dishonnest. 'Funny fact', the airline I flew with refused the certificate and accepted the Lab Report much easier... Additionaly, I took the test at 17.00 pm. At 21.30, I was contacted by Oslo Helse Lab assistant explaining that my test result was uncertain. it was absolutely not clear for what reason it was uncertain (suspicion of positiveness, wrong lab manipulation??). They told me to come back asap to Oslo center, despite the fact it was late and I am not living in Oslo city center. I rushed myself, but while on my way, I was called back saying that finally my test is negative. I found it really weird experience. I have taken quite a lot of tests due to my job, and never get such story. Julien FR.

Only one problem, if for some reason you can not make your appointment, due to delayed flights etc, something out with your control, then you will lose your money if you don’t change your booking at least 24 hours before your appointment, even though there are many many times available, you will lose everything, up to 3100 krone if you have booked Fast track PCR with documents. There are many free times all day everyday, so I don’t see the reason for not being able to change the appointment time, it’s not like they are fully booked everyday and they will lose money if you don’t come to your original appointment, also you can book same day appointments, within 15 mins of the appointment time, so it’s not like they need 24 hours notice prior to your arrival. There are many appointments available everyday, so I would suggest to book same day if there’s any chance you could be delayed. Also even if you pay for Fast track service they do not guarantee your results within the said 12 hours, I understand this can be due to sampling etc, but if you pay for the results within 12 hours and they can’t do it within 12 hours, you don’t get a full refund, you only get the price difference refunded from the other test that guarantees you results in 1-2 days, so if I pay for the results within 12 hours, then I don’t get them until 20 hours later, which I didn’t pay for and I didn’t want, I needed them within 12 hours, then my test is useless as I needed it sooner and I’ve lost all my money, as I needed the test within 12 hours, 20 hours means I can no longer use the test result. These are 2 policies that I really think Olson Helse need to change, due to these reasons I didn’t give a full 5 stars, as it’s very unfair on both parts. I booked same day testing and my results came within 12 hours, so the final service I received was great, but it could be a lot different if you’re unlucky and due to their policies.

Fast, efficient and friendly! PCR-test taken 12 noon and results were ready 24 hours later. Definetly worth paying extra for the \fast track\ testing service if you are in a hurry. Delivered well within the advertised time frame! Easy to use booking service, streamlined testing procedures and easy online delivery of results. Employees professional, polite and efficient. Would definitely use again and highly recommend!

The Covid19 \Express\ option for a supplement of KR. 650 isn't always worth the money—I took the test a 9:35 AM and no answer before 3PM the next day. My wife used another private company that Oslo Kommune send her to. She tested herself at 11 AM and got the answer at 8;30 AM the next morning. I paid for an ordinary test a while ago at a different place and got the result within 24 hours without express. Oslo Helse didn't really not break any promise, but there are better choices if you in a hurry. Also, if Oslo Kommune request and pay for your test, use that option, especially doing weekdays. . Both my son and wife got it faster or at same time, even doing weekend. It seems there's no way to pay you out of the waiting line.....Also, I took an antibody test. The only confirmation you get is an email with poor Norwegian and with a lot of spelling mistakes.

Slow corona test and poor service I paid extra 650kr for express analysis yesterday. But I haven't received the result yet. It is still ok but my colleagues took a test at another clinic without extra expenses and got the results within 24 hours. That means 'express analysis or svar dagen etter' service of this clinic is meaningless. I paid more and got more stress. I should have read the recent reviews. And I sent an inquiry regarding fastlege a week ago but no reply.

It is quite efficient to take the covid test here. I received the fit to flight certificate the next morning after the sample taking before 1 pm!

Avoid him if you're a woman. Every time I required a gynecological examination he booked another appointment with a different practitioner. He thinks having only 2 periods per year (one of which lasted 2 weeks, the other a month) and growing a beard is normal and \just my nature\. I have never heard anything so ignorant about something so basic, and he's supposed to be a professional. Other than that, when I came to him with an eczema on my face, he recommended a moisturizing cream for my hands. Completely useless.
