Only one problem, if for some reason you can not make your appointment, due to delayed flights etc, something out with your control, then you will lose your money if you don’t change your booking at least 24 hours before your appointment, even though there are many many times available, you will lose everything, up to 3100 krone if you have booked Fast track PCR with documents. There are many free times all day everyday, so I don’t see the reason for not being able to change the appointment time, it’s not like they are fully booked everyday and they will lose money if you don’t come to your original appointment, also you can book same day appointments, within 15 mins of the appointment time, so it’s not like they need 24 hours notice prior to your arrival. There are many appointments available everyday, so I would suggest to book same day if there’s any chance you could be delayed. Also even if you pay for Fast track service they do not guarantee your results within the said 12 hours, I understand this can be due to sampling etc, but if you pay for the results within 12 hours and they can’t do it within 12 hours, you don’t get a full refund, you only get the price difference refunded from the other test that guarantees you results in 1-2 days, so if I pay for the results within 12 hours, then I don’t get them until 20 hours later, which I didn’t pay for and I didn’t want, I needed them within 12 hours, then my test is useless as I needed it sooner and I’ve lost all my money, as I needed the test within 12 hours, 20 hours means I can no longer use the test result. These are 2 policies that I really think Olson Helse need to change, due to these reasons I didn’t give a full 5 stars, as it’s very unfair on both parts. I booked same day testing and my results came within 12 hours, so the final service I received was great, but it could be a lot different if you’re unlucky and due to their policies.
