Very bad costumer service. I bought a headphone on sale from there webshop only to get a message a day later that they could not deliver that headphone on sale at that price anymore. When i said this is very bad costumer service on there part and they should keep there promise. They suddenly said there was a mistake in there system and that headphone was out of stock which i dont belive. I do not recommande this shop stay away and go to Stereofil or Hifiklubben much better costumer service.

Was suggested by colleague to visit as I wanted to buy headphones but got disappointed as they don't have much of collection and worst part was staff didn't knew about products in their store. Also no one was bothered or showed courtesy enough to guide about headphones. Left the store without buying anything.
Very disappointed by this place after my second visit. I was ready to spend some money for good quality headphones, that is why I have picked up this store, since I hoped there will be some professionalism. When I arrived, yes I was noted, however after a question, what I am looking for I was left with a pair of headphones to try. OK. I tested it and waited for the staff to show up again. This did not happen only after a pretty long while. When I asked if there would be any other suggestion except of those I have just tested, I was given another piece to check with no information about the product whatsoever I was left alone to pair it and test it again. Which I have done. Again, waiting for the staff to come, I lost my patience and left the place - never again.
Only real hifi store in Oslo. Be ready to spend . I miss something crazy high end and pricey, but I am sure they can order it in.
Visited Oslo HiFi on 2015. Very professional service. Termod was really helpful with my purchase of a nice Michell turntable. Highly recommend.
The original \hi fi asylum\ is one of the best places to convince yourself you need some new, expensive equipment :-) I've had some very memorable music experiences here. Absolutely worth visiting!
