Absolutely terrible service on the phone, impossible to get through and the intro message has you waiting for several minutes just to make your selection. This is some kind of elaborate joke.

I brought two small kids for registering - had all originals and copies apostiled. They didn't accepted documents because A) I should have booked in SUA (for some reason) b) they didn't liked apostilled copies - so they wanted to have copies fo apostilled copies (..we need to go deeper :) )

I was in and out in 10min. Everything was processed efficiently.

I visited twice, and both times it was closed. The first was after 15.00 on a Friday, the other was 12.00 on a Wednesday (when they close all day.) Rather frustrating. I could find nothing online to describe opening times.

1-2 min ventetid på telefon, det er kjapt nok. Hyggelig og hjelpsom person jeg snakket med. Dessverre lang ventetid på å få time men korona og redusert bemanning kombinert m mange som søker så er ikke d så rart. Vi har vært der flere ganger og har KUN positive opplevelser av folka som jobber der.

Lang ventetid på telefon. Ikke vennlig tone hos den som svarte. Hun virket mer opptatt av sin egen arbeidssituasjon (stress, som er forståellig, men allikevel), enn vår situasjon som søker.

Dårlig opplevelse på telefon, jeg ringte, og spurte om vanlige informasjon, tonen til hun dama i telefonen var veldig frekk, og lytte lite litt informasjon min, føltes ubehagelig å være i samtale med henne, ettersom som jeg fikk svar hva jeg skal gjøre, og sende henvisning per mail så gjøre jeg det, men nå har jeg fått mail at jeg må ringe dem for å få ordnet dette opp, hallo veit noen der hvor, hva man skal?!?
