Very clean arena. I found getting in and out really easy as there are quite a few exits around the building. I did find the steps in some areas really steep and narrow. So if you're wearing heels and carrying food or drinks be very, very careful.

Perfect venue. Central location, easy to access, easy to park in Spektrum Packinghouse (cheapest near by), Oslo S 2 minutes away, manageable size. The best about the arena is the extraordinary good service from the great people working there during the concerts!!! The guards are very skilled, help-some, friendly and have always a minute for a smile and a good words to the fans. Just love the Oslo Spektrum Arena️️
Seats are fine enough for a concert, otherwise aren't they so comfortable. While Nicki Minaj's concert it was not allowed to buy/sell alcohol which was really disappointing. Also the security guards wasn't the nices either. Recommended place? It could be better.

Very easy to get to on the metro, with a station right next to it. It can obviously get busy when there’s a concert in, but it’s never crushed. The staff are very helpful and the layout is extremely simple to follow.
Gig was great (ghost) but place is not, there was no locker room, so you need to carry your jacket whole time (in winter time it's issue) lots of stairs, long queues to bar but it's well organised.
Very good organization, fast going throughout entrance. Becouse of steep positioned seats very good overview to scene. Comfortable seats.
