My package went from Larvik through my town and into Oslo it’s been sitting there the whole day... I ordered from “Helt hjem” they don’t even go all the way home from Larvik to Olso to Risenga easier to just knock on my door? “All the way home”

I would not give even a star for the service they provide and tracking updates. Over the years, they have lost my packages and with poor customer service ensuring there is no refund. Packages are never delivered on time and updates are incorrect on the website. If only I have the option to never to get my parcels delivered through them!
Absolutely terrible. They have troubles delivering from Oslo to Oslo. First they gave me the wrong delivery time and didn't come. And the costumer service didn't help that much. I asked if I could pick up my package so I would be sure the drama would be over and they said \my type of package can't be picked up at terminal\ and I must wait for a new agreed delivery date. Faster to walk and pick up things at this rate.
I have never seen worse. I orderd some equipment more than 15 days ago, and Postnord somehow managed to deliver it to the wrong person. As of today I still didn't received my orders which I suppose to use on hyttetur that I will go tomorrow. They don't suggest any solution and even I said that I can receive it from the storage. I will definetly avoid Postnord from now on , and also the companies/wsebsites which force me to use Postnord. Postnord is not capable of doing their duty which they are payed for. Exact description of disappointment.
They suck so hard. If you would like a stroke and a heart attack with your parcel, then go ahead. If you can, please use another postal service. This is the worst! I hope they go bankrupt! Never again!!!!
Horrible delivery routines, package tracking never works. I dread every time they're set to deliver parcels because their service is close to useless. I'm surprised they haven't lost one of my Packages yet.
This company is famous for not delivering on time and loosing packages. Even The state owned Bring is better.
