I chose this because it seemed professional with reasonable prices. I asked for a yearly checkup. Dentist was very nice and professional, though a little rougher than most I've seen before. After the session they added another 500kr on top of the 950. They added 280 for a cleaning that I thought was included and another 270 for a hygiene coverage. The hygiene coverage is mentioned on the bottom of their pricelists on the website but a bit hard to find and understand. Edit: After I left a review, they called to follow-up which was very nice and professional.

The place is located very centrally in Marjorstuen. Very welcoming and peaceful atmosphere. Dr. Pourriahi is very kind, caring and informative. He provided excellent service and I will return for all my future dental care.

Terrific experience! I had been hesitant to see a dentist in Norway since moving from the US as I was worried about lack of treatment options and high prices. Luckily for me I found Privattannlegen. The prices were very reasonable and the staff extremely professional. I will definitely return. If you want a more personal experience away from some of the larger dentist \chains\ you should give them a try.
