One of Norway's best Indian food restaurant that don't serve alcohol. Excellent service and really good tasty food.

A dear place to me, but sadly the food has changed. Highly recommend NOT ordering anything seafood, the prawns were rubbery (it smelled very off) probablt frozen and the Butter Chicken almost taste as if sugar was added. Saving grace was the grill, mint Chicken and garlic Nan. Would eat those any day. Moist and very tasty.

Went to this place a couple of years ago when it serviced taxi drivers and was almost like a “daaba” Quick, cheapish and fairly good. Arrived there yesterday to find a completely different restaurant which has been revamped. Decor and ambiance are nice, service is very good- sadly they just have not put the same energy into the food. At best it’s mediocre- you have to order from a combo menu which is annoying especially for Desi sharing styles. Both dishes drowned in sauce, a sad few pieces of lettuce and some dry rice. Surprised by the reviews, especially by South Asians. Where have you guys been eating - such low standards and how can one consider using statements like best Indian in Oslo, etc. So much potential but a big let down. Don’t waste your time eating here.

Worst chicken Tikka masala ever :( Had take away 'Chicken Tikka masala', its just those pre-made roasted chicken (hard enough to chew) in strange orange gravy, they are keeping Nan bread packed in advance which made it too dry, rice is half cooked. I can't be more disappointed. I had bad experiences with Indian food but this is aweful. Sorry not going again..! (Could not finish and had to eat something else, not to forget I paid 250 NOK for this.)

Really enjoy this place, the staff is super friendly and efficient. The food is great and affordable - freshly made curry, rice, naan and a small salad for less than 100 NOK. I think I went there for the first time in 2012 and nothing has changed in a positive sense :)
