Most terrible institution ever. I had an appointment in 3rd of November they canceled it. I can’t have another appointment because there is no free day My employee doesn’t pay me because I don’t have a skattetaten card

Slow, cant reach them... what on earth can take 12 weeks to registrate... Waitlist is 4 months, happy relocations with them!

Had a very pleasant experience. The lady who helped me was very professional and nice, the appointment lasted for 15 minutes at maximum. The stuff is very helpful and seems to be doing their best. If you're booked for a certain time, allow extra 30 minutes to be called in. The queue numbers are not sequential, which means that there can be people called in with a higher number than yours.

I had to wait 30 min before they called me. But when my turn came, the people working there were really helpful. They solved my problem in no time. Very competent and helpful people.

The people on the phone are always helpful and friendly but the fact that it has now been 3 weeks and Skateetaten cannot locate the mail that I delivered by hand to their offices is frustrating! Especially since they informed me that it would take approximately 2 weeks to return the papers to me. Be careful, take photos or scans of the documents you deliver to them.

Idiots working here. No service and everyone at the office hates their job

I had to deal a lot with these people when I started a small company. I've called them probably 1000 times over the past year with all my questions. They've all been super patient and helpful. It's an ungrateful job, we should give them a break :)

Always super busy, try get there as early as possible or you could be waiting three hours to be seen. Usually the staff now what they are doing if you explain it correctly but most things can be done online now.
