I had used Snapfix service two times. First to replace my iPhone's damaged microphone. Second time to replace the DC power jack of my laptop. From my experience, I would say Snapfix provides the cheap and best services in Oslo. Highly recommended.

I paid 500kr for nothing. I accept 250kr diagnostic charge. I also accept that sometimes right diagnostic might be that something cannot be fixed. But when I want to fix the charging problem that causes delays, pay 250kr for diagnostics, additional 250kr for disconnecting the battery and at the end nothing works better, that is unacceptable. The worst part, the guy trying to convince me that if I clean my desktop I might get the laptop to work faster, just to get rid of me.

Really bad service when you ask for a \deep\ check. I brought my computer at snapfix and paid 250kr for the diagnostic. The problem was that I spilt water all over it. First of all, they said that it would take about 2-3 days and it took more than a week only to recognize the problem itslef. After calling several times, they told me everything was messed up and that I should better buy a new one. I didn't believe it so I went back to my country and brought my computer somewhere else and in 2 days, they solved it. The only problem was the hard drive. Apart from these 250kr completely ripped off, I felt that they didn't even try hard, and I stil have the doubt if they even looked at it. The overall, very poor enthusiasm.

Terrible service. Didn't say I had to pay for just a check. Two month ago they changed the broken screen I had on my iPhone and the phone didn't work after that. Some touch functions lagged and it rang people randomly. I complained about the problems and they changed the screen again. But it didn't work. Then, the front camera got blurry and foggy, so it didn't work as well. So, for the third time I wanted them to see what's wrong, and they did. But when I came back, they said I had to pay 249kr which came out of nowhere. They said they would check the phone and did not mention I had to pay. Terrible service and they did not change the screen. They said there was something wrong with the phone, but these problems came after they fixed my screen for the first time. Stay away from these guys!
