Honestly one of the better massages of my life today. Genuine pressure when requested, clean and modern environment. And lovely warm bench that was so cosy. I felt safe and cared for the entire time. The music choice was perfect. A perfectly relaxing and professional experience. Kudos to my therapist today for an amazing job.

I was super excited about the entire Squeeze concept and even purchased a subscription for a friend as a birthday gift. Having worked at the startup hub MESH for five years I am super supportive of innovation. However, in the duration of my six month subscription, here is what I experienced: -25 minute massage is closer to 15 than it is to 25. If you arrive at 11:59 they will tell you to wait until they are ready for you. They always stop a few minutes short of the time you have paid for and the time spent changing both on and off and describing what type of massage you want counts towards your “25 minutes” of massage. If you haven’t paid online, the time spent using the ipad also counts as part of your “25 minute massage” - The quality of massage is HIGHLY variable from excellent to terrible depending on the therapist available that day. The biggest issue is they have no way of letting you pick the therapist you like or at least avoid the ones who are still in training. I am familiar with this system as it is usually what you would expect from a “Student massage clinic” where the therapists are still working towards their certificate and need practice. -One of the therapists pinched a nerve in my friend’s neck and she couldn’t turn her neck for 2 weeks. We had to get pharmaceutical cream for the pain. - Out of 6 visits, 2 of them were cancelled on me the day of. The first one I got a phone call an hour before hand. The second they waited until I arrived in the clinic before telling me in not such a friendly matter that I “didn’t have an appointment” when the emails and text messages I had stated that I did. Bottom Line: For an extra 100kr you can get a much better and CONSISTANT massage experience that actually lasts the amount of time you’ve paid for.
