I had a pleasure of staying with apartment company for almost an year for my assignment in Oslo. I never had faced any major issues and staff was supportive to cater all the small issues and requests. Reception at Parkveien 21 was always welcoming and warm. Locations are good and apartment have all the things needed for day today. I would recommend services for apartment company for long and short term.

I usually try to find apartment hotel rather than regular hotels when I'm staying in Oslo. The bigger room size and kitchen makes all the difference. The bang for buck i i got in Parkveien was amazing. A big spacious living room / kitchen / bedroom and a nice bathroom. The only negative I could say about the apartment is that the cooking pan was in a pretty bad shape. The location of the hotel is also pretty good. It is a short walk from the city centre, shops and anything else you would need. The service is a little bit different than regular hotels. You don't get room cleaning and you have to throw out your own trash. But the staff at the reception are incredible nice and accomodating. I would recommend this place for both short and long stays.
I booked a room facing the backyard, but I got a room directly facing the street. It’s not only pretty noisy, but also very cold.
The staff is nice and helpful. Your spacious apartment will fit your needs much better than the hotels around Oslo. Your basically renting an Airbnb with the best parts of hotel and airbnb
Fine apartment, but unfortunately the loud traffic kept me awake.
Near the city Center and the castle. There is a lot og cafees nearby and public transport station by tram and bus Are just outside the apartment. There Are two general food stores just 100 meter from the apartment. One ting to be aware of is that there is no air conditioning in the apartment. Wi-Fi is ok, and they provide cable tv
