TLDR: cheap beer, good mood. A nice pub that doesn't necessarily feel like a dive bar, but qualifies if by that you mean somewhere with nice and relaxed service, a talkative atmosphere, unintruding but alright music and cheap beer. The clientele are mainly local boys and gals that enjoy a beer or ten once in a while whether it's a weekday or weekend. Right next to the pub, there's a decent pizza and fast food shop, that let's you order over into the pub, menus available in the pub. The toilets are clean, not sure if because of human malware and precautions or if always clean. Will come again.

One of the friendliest bars you can visit at Galgeberg. You can even get food from Dr. Pizza. PS: some days might be totaly packed due to quiz or football.
Small bar with a strong allegiance to Vålerenga Sports Club (VIF). Friendly atmosphere, decent beer prices and very friendly staff and clientele. Very warm atmosphere overall. The Times Pub is easily reachable by bus and there's a taxi stop right next by a well. Also, if you get peckish, there's a pizza place right next site as well. Overall a very nice place, even for new people.

Cheep beer to enjoy while watching a game. Really brown pub. You can order food in the bar which is provided by Dr Pizza, who are located next door. Pizza nr 36 is a winner!
