I just exchanged AUD100 at Karl Johansgate branch of Forex Bank and received 525 KR. This is a big difference from current exchange rates of AUD100 approx. 640KR. (19.14 on July 29th, 2016) This is not a good situation for visitors coming out of the Oslo Railway Station. Yes, check rates before you exchange (I didn't) and this exchange is quite outrageous in anyone's language.

Really Bad, stupid and inconvenient service
In the quee there are two options, exchange or transfer. If you are here to transfer, expect to wait in line for an hour or more, while you see other customers come and go. They will make you wait untill all customers who are there to change money are served, which might take hours as they keep coming in.

Kunne ikke sende 300 Pesos, men kunne sende 10000. Feilmeldingen som kom opp, sa at det ikke var mulig å sende 300 Pesos til en person på Filippinene. Men det var ikke problem å sende 10000.
