Randstad in Norway is a terribly run organisation. If you speak decent Norwegian and are a skilled worker they won’t show any interest. But if you are a cheap labourer from Poland they will take you in in a click of a finger. Some of the managers offer you work and then they don’t get back to you and then keep promising you work more and more lol and then they stop contacting you. I strongly recommend you don’t bother with this useless agency. I worked for Randstad’s parent company in the Netherlands for 8 months and they took me in immediately. I don’t know how they manage their agency in Norway.
