Could have been a very nice hotel, but the management do not seem to care about maintainance and cleaning. Too expensive for its standard. OK breakfast, bar, lobby. Good place to start exploring the area.

Nice breakfast ..The only main hotel in Rjukan
Friendly staff working in this hotel stuck in the eighty's. The breakfast buffet was good though you feel like you are in the movie "The Shining" while sitting in the dinning room. The room was comfortable and at the same time slightly creepy. Rjukan is exciting area so it is well worth it and the heat provided us warmth in - 30 temperatures so we were grateful to be there.
Old hotel in the centre of Rjukan. Perfectly situated. Too bad it hasn't been upgraded or maintained the last years. It all could have passed but in addition it was really dirty and worn out.
Staff was friendly but not very outgoing. Rooms were nice and area was perfect. Amazing views. Breakfast was ok and service was really good.

Pretty nice place but it takes 5 minutes to walk to the main road. Check in at Park Hotel next to Kiwi. The beds are okay and it looks like the bathrooms were newly renovated. There is a fridge and water boiler in the room. Towels and toiletries are provided.
Good place to stay. They have few rooms with double bed but most of the rooms are equipped with single bed(s). It is in the center of Rjukan. Grocery store is just beside it and kebab shop opposite to it. 2km walk to Krossobanen (Cable car) and bus to Gaustatoppen stops just outside the Hotel.
