Very very helpful and good service as I had one part that was destoryed in printer paper tray and I bought the printer from other Power shop. But called customer service and they said that I ca the come to closest power shop and get help. I didn't had any receipt from the other shop but still they tried everything until we tried to check my bank account list and there was confirmed that I used my credit card to but the printer. So suddenly they gave me completely new printer. Awesome service!!!

Delivered my printer inn for service. First tgey had trouble sending ut inn becauwe if a mistake in the system. They called and we fixed it so that they can send it in. After 2 month waiting i asked when it is comming. They dont know where they placed it. Printer gone...
