Rented a tesla for 4 days 550. On my return got an email about a scratch on an alloy. When they gave me the car they said there were some scratches on the alloys. I actually saw some and thought no big deal. I didn't bother to check the car over forensically as I thought they were a big company and wouldn't mess me around. The scratch was about 2mm wide and 12mm long. Photo attached is from Sixt. I said it was on the hand over paperwork. They said that was the other side. I was pretty sure I'd not hit anything and we were parking on our friends lawn. I didnt think it was me, and asked if they were sure. They were sure it was me. Fortunately it was a Tesla-X that has the daft doors that open upward. When I first opened the doors I wanted to film my daughters reaction, so I had a video. This video clearly showed the mark on the wheel present before I collected the car. So either they are attempting to defraud customers, or at the very worst have inept staff / terrible company process, that incidentally has no risk to the company, and large risk to the customer. What I mean by this is, if I didnt have photographic evidence I'm sure they would have charged me x-thousand to cover the repair. If I do have evidence, it does not cost them anything. All reward no risk for Sixt. No protection for the customer. Advice for customers: Video the car all around before driving off. Get them to check it and sign back in when you return so you dont get an unexpected nonsense email the following day. Or just rent from someone else. I wouldn't do this and I'm surprised they did. I asked for a gesture of good will but didn't hear anything back.

Stay away from this thieves. They use the same damage for a large number of clients. Them trying to claim how much is possible from your account or from your insurance company. If you want to rent it, it would be good if you have the knowledge of mechanics and sit on your stomach to check your car underneath

Very bad service. They invent damages in order to take the money from Your credit card. The biggest thieves I have ever seen. The rob the money from your pocket. Be aware and stay away from this company.

Everything was ok under my own experience. The car was upper category (Kia NIRO). I forget my camera inside the car and they send it without any problem. I recommend this office.

Bad overall experience, car with clear lack of regular manteinance and too bad customer follow up! Asked for a compensation, not even interested. You've lot to learn about customer attention...

The worst Car rental company I have used in my life, taking deposit of 9000Nok, and to get it back I had to call them many times. Got high bil for payed roads(taken from my Visa), and when I called them asking for receipt of which payed roads I draw through, they said that is not possible. My friends unfortunately have the same experience.

Will add extra fees without telling you. Might try to make you rent a more expensive car, claiming they don't have the one you want ( happened to me, a phonecall revealed the car was in fact available). Bad costumer service. Make sure you film car outside and inside with a good camera to avoid any unwarranted claims/extra fees for damage you didn't do. Read every line of every document/link on the webpage to understand what you will end up paying.
