This store is an abomination, absolutely awful. Stuff not on shelves or in stock when their computer says that it is, or not where it should be, and I had this experience several times at this store; usually busy or very busy, so staff seems overworked and very much unwilling to help; ask somebody for help and you will be met with extreme irritation. They sell stuff that has no use instructions at all, and nobody wants to answer any questions; I am not talking about a box of nails here, but higher value items where it would really make sense to offer some instructions or use guidelines; or, if there are instructions, they are listed in the four Scandinavian languages and no English. Would it kill them to add English as the fifth language on their stuff? How many Finns or Danes shop here anyway, and how many of us who use English as the primary or only language?! Go next door to Class Ohlson for a much nicer store that offers most of the same things, with far better service and comparable pricing
