This is only a rating of the service we experienced, not the store itself. I'll also mention this is the first time we visited this store but we will definitely not be returning. We took our two dogs in to get their nails clipped. Our dogs are very well behaved and did not struggle (more than expected) or bite. The first dog we put up to have her nails clipped I held and she almost immediately started crying which shocked me because she never had reacted that way in the past to getting her nails clipped. We realized the technician had cut her nail to the quick, and she was bleeding everywhere. We haven't had that happen before in the many times we have taken our dogs to get their nails clipped so I assumed it was just an off day and he had misjudged. However, our pup continued to cry. He went very very quickly and used a lot of blood clotting powder. Long story short, the technician made almost all of her nails bleed and cut them all to the quick. We also let the technician cut our other dog's nails, and the second dog didn't get it as bad as our first dog but even his nails are bleeding and he tried to even bite at the technician which he never does. We are home now and she is still bleeding from her one claws. I wish we had refused to pay. More than anything I feel awful that I didn't say anything in the moment or stop it before he cut all her nails, it just happened so fast.
They didn't have what I needed in store, but were exceptionally friendly and had a huge selection. Bought a knitted cat toy with cat nip inside.
