Ordered a Christmas tree through Amazon from this company. Have not received it and not getting any information on how to track the package/when or if it will be delivered. Very disappointed.

Fantastic service, and considering the pandemic, the staff was good at wearing masks and keeping the propper distance, and still being able to help customers.
Power has the best return deals available in the area. If you are not happy with the purchase you can exchange it even when used.
Salesman sold me the wrong item after I showed him a screenshot from the Power website. Discovered the mistake as I was walking out. I went back to the same salesman and he said \we don't have that one\, no apology for the inconvenience. I went back to the cashier to return the item, they sent me out of the store to returns, returns sent me back to the cashier, told me 3-5 days I will get my money back. Spent 30 minutes correcting a mistake that Power created only to be shuffled back and forth. I highly recommend against shopping at Power...you're better off going for a walk.

Good selection when it comes to mostly everything. The problem here is that you should always check their website and check if the item you are going to buy is in stock. Sometimes the shelves are empty. There is little staff aswell. If you need any help it will make you wait for atleast 10-15 minutes. This is only my opinion, but if it was up to me i would hire more staff and refill products more often. If that is possible. Otherwise great store, and very little to complain about except what i already did complain about.
