Good place with good staff. They know well how to deal with different people. I found staff highly cooperative and helpful. Building is very good surrounded with high trees and water in the middle with a fountain. We can see view of Oslo fjord from there because on the other side of the building is sea.

Some staff working here knows Zero about what they are supposed to help people with. Others do have competency on the subject and have to rectify and fix all the misery caused by the first one, if you are lucky enough not to give up in the first round. Scary!
They are fast and dont lack of courtesy. Good!

Utenlandske dama bak disken i passkontoret er meget uhøflig, frekk og det føles som det er avhør. Burde skiftes ut!
5 stjerner til Nina H. på passkontoret. Det er svært vanskelig og stressende for foreldrene å ta passfoto til spedbarn, men den saksbehandleren gjorde dette til en god opplevelse. Det var vårt andre forsøk og den forrige saksbehandleren som satt i vinduet helt i enden på høyre side var stikk motsatt og stresset oss med hensyn til tid og alt. Hadde alle i den offentlige forvaltningen vært slik som Nina så hadde livet vært mye enklere.
