I packed the scooter and wanted the store to solve it. I paid for my s50 on the receipt, which wasn't her, after the 2000nok promotion. Now, they wanted to return me only 25nok, for s25, which cost then 1500-600?nok, and now he showed me at the 1990nok store. Unbelievable BAD, when they didn't deliver my electric scooter within a month I was forced to just cancel my order after they promised to prioritize my order several times, blaming it on high demands. Nice shop, you get what you want here, problems starts if you are not satisfied, unless you physically visit the store they do not reply to emails, phonecalls it sms. Cheap initial prices mean nothing if you are left without support. If you are lucky and get a problem free product, count your selfe lucky. Be aware that the moment you leave the store ur kinda frecked. Customer still hoping to get a reply.
