A great hotel that I can recommend. The room was very clean and cozy. Plus sleeping was no problem in the comfortable bed and quiet room. The best part of my stay was the staff. The customer service went beyond my expectation. The staff was friendly and very helpful. They always provided a smile and was ready to provide assistance. I had no issues with my stay. It’s also nice to know that there are a few grocery stores within walking distance.

What a great way to finish off a roadtrip vacation! The hotel was simply great. Clean, spacious room with a very comfortable bed, a sofa bed that was comfortable as a sofa and also comfortable as a bed. There was a bathtub in the room and the room was nicely quiet. We are dinner in the restaurant and all had the buffet and despite being a little unusual due to Covid19 rules (a staff member dished up whatever we pointed at from behind the cough protection) everything was delicious. Free access to the wonderful swimming pools and slides and hotbaths was a bonus and it was incredible. We booked (Covid19 again) 2 sessions for the evening and early morning and had a fabulous time. We didn't use the minigolf, kids club or baby sitters, but to say this place is a family perfect place would not do it justice. We will definately be back. After all, it's only 5 hours from Copenhagen :)

Well, this is the first time I go to Norway so it could be just a normal Norwegian hotel but I find it different to what I have used to. It is very huge hotel in an area with very few people. It is old but solid, clean and everything is according to its name - quality. Facilities are excellent, parking is very big, area around is pleasant. Breakfast is really really good - so many quality, delicious and healthy stuff. I recommend.

The staff were very kind and accommodating. They dont have fridge inside the rooms but they were quick to offer the fridge at the reception area to store my child's food, and they had a smile on their face every time I would go to the reception to take/return the food. Breakfast was nice. The pools were clean, and there was always someone who disinfects the railings and slides. It was a nice 4-day vacation all in all.

Great hotel! Simple but clean and comfortable rooms, with bathrooms that could do with a little updating, but made up for by beautiful downstairs lounge and dining room. Food is great, but standard menu is incredibly limited. If staying for more than a couple of nights you'll have eaten everything on it before you leave! The buffet they do on Fridays is fantastic and the breakfast is great too, and you also have the option to go and grab a pizza from the pool side of the building. (Gluten free available, which was delicious!) Special mention to the reception staff, especially one of the young ladies who's name I'll try and get to pass on thanks to management. She was incredibly helpful, friendly and a joy to speak with. I haven't used the pool, and am hoping the new gym they were building last time I visited will be open next time! Will update review when I have. Happy to be coming back again. UPDATE - The new gym is incredible. 10/10. Great range of machines and free weight equipment.

The hotel overall is modern and well maintained. The rooms are clean and everything in them is newish and in good shape. Comfortable bed with a somewhat lumpy pillow, plenty of lights throughout as well as plugs to charge devices. Just make sure you have a European plug adapter! I slept with the windows open at night to keep the room cool, and even though I was overlooking the main entrance to the hotel, it was quiet and calm. The "do not disturb" sign was respected each time it was placed on the door during the day, and I would return to a bag on the door handle with fresh towels. Be prepared for sticker shock at the restaurant, as food (and many other things) is pricey in Norway when compared to North America. Breakfast was included for me, but I'm not sure if that's the case for all room rates. The breakfast buffet offered a great selection with healthier options as well. Great hotel!
