The recipient has never seen the flowers. They refuse to say they did something wrong. Asked for a refund, and they simply said it was hang on the door on my own risk. Bare in mind it was in an apartment complex where only neighbours could potentially have stolen the flowers from their neighbours... sounds very unlikely to me
