The good thing about this place is it's location, but that's about it. Old rooms, ancient elevator, uncomfortable shower, The curtains did not block the sun in the morning Breakfast was very modest Staff was very unfriendly Terrible service Sink is very small and there was nothing blocking the water from the shower from wetting the entire bathroom area.

Nice, comfortable, modern. Lunch dishes are big! One dish is enough, even after a long hike. Nice dinner. Vegan options.
Good value for money. Great views. Great breakfast. Rooms clean but old fashion. A bed to sleep in. No TV in room.
We went there to eat “à la carte”. Unfortunately there was only a very basic choice e.g. Caesar salad, fish & chips, cheeseburger,... I missed the real Norwegian dishes with fresh fish, stew or the famous kjøttboller. Felt more like an ordinary pub when they were even showing football against the big wall. Since we went there with the expectation to go to a nice restaurant it was a very disappointing experience, especially since they do charge you a restaurant/high price.
Best place to stay! This was by far our favorite - the atmosphere and service was exceptional! We had a picturesque view of the fjord for our stay and a super interactive bar in the lobby! Vaidas (bar manager) was extremely accommodating at ensuring our stay was a good one! We would definitely come back!
