Food delivered 40mins late, cold and partly raw. This was supposed to be an mozarela pizza

Just bad tasting food, delivered later than estimated, cold food, then a surprise 98.- delivery fee on what I was told was a free delivery, did not say that on the order. Not impressed at all
never been humiliated before in my life like this the treatment is so unhuman the owner told me to wait outside while making the order (after i paid) it was late at night of November and so cold (-10 degrees) i asked if i can eat inside he said no sorry. i didnt do anything wrong other than paying money i wasnt drunk or under any substances i was properly dressed because i just landed from the airport and about to start my vacation the kebab itself taste so bad and the price is so cheap compared to others in Oslo.
We were calling from 3, they didnt answer. Then we gone to take food, they were not working at 4, in the internet they are working til 5. So you can eat there on their working hours probably.
Best kebab place i've been to. in the middle of the day it was peaceful. food was great staff was really nice and cared about customers. prices are good and portions are huge too bad I don't live in Norway

Very nice place for a kebab! The sauce is nice and strong, vegetables are fresh and the pommes are perfectly fried!
