So dingy and neglected camping I have not seen in Norway yet. It is an absolute scandal that this institution has authorization from scandinavian's camping networks (eg DK Camp). Who gave it to them? Neglected bathrooms, kitchen. The area full of abandoned equipment, old bicycles and peddlers to the belt. The owner, ... pity to talk. 750 NOK for a dingy little house, with one light bulb !!!!!, it's a total exaggeration. The most expensive cabinet in which we stayed all over Norway. We stopped because it was late and children were tired. On the tent too cold, we rented this cabin, in the act of little despair. Never again. If you do not have a choice clench your teeth and go a few kilometers to next camping. That's my advice.
I loved this place, but it's probably not eveyone's cup of tea. It's scruffy and workmanlike, but there's lots of space, fabulous views, lovely walking right from the site, excellent internet, and close to nice little town with everything you need. I imagine that some would find it too scruffy, but really nice atmosphere out of season
Usually cottage in norway cost 500-550 NOK.At this camp 750 and everything is old.Clean, but old and expensive.I can't recomend it
The price is crazy expensive for what you get. Shower isn't even included in the price. The camping field for tents isn't flat, nor mowed, and it has protruding stones. There's random stuff lying around everywhere. Pieces of tarp, broken boat, etc. The amenities are old. There was a broken toilet leaking tons of water. The owners are rude and unhelpful when asked for information, making fun of the questions. Go for wild camping instead, or stay for free (I wouldn't be surprised the owner won't notice, seeing how careless he seemed to be).
Avoid this camping is you are with a tent! Not only is it 2.5 times as expensive as any other camping (250Kr/night, just tent, no car), but the terrain is not good for tents, no flat places, stones everywhere. You also have to pay for the showers, the kitchen is very small... and I would not write this bad review if the owner was friendly. But also that seems to be too much to ask.
Nice house. Very quiet. Special blue city
Ridiculously expensive for what you get. It's not nearby a lake or the sea, nor to the city. The sanitary buildings are old. We have been on campsites for half the price with much better views or buildings.
