Great service. Asking for some information and pricing.
They are ignoring warranty service, having cannot do approach. End of August 2017 I claimed warranty repair on my Adria camper. Their answer was "we cannot help you as we do not have spare part and delivery time is 2 weeks". I replied, that’s OK, I will stay for a while, so order spare part and let me know when I can come. Head of service asked me to contact pers resp. for spare parts few days later as she was sick and nobody else in the company was able to say when the spare parts will be really delivered. So I should be the communication bridge between two people in one company sitting 3 meters from each other!!! So week later I god message, that delivery of the spare parts would be 3 - 4 weeks! I replied if its ordered from previous week, but never got an answer. Beg October they promised to let me know as soon as the spare part is available, did not do till today. I tried to contact them by email, tries to call (no answer), sent SMS. Just no reply. Summary and conclusion: they ignore their duty to provide warranty repair by trying to find any possible excuse, primarily that they do not have spare parts hoping, that customer will not wait months and will disappear. They lie to customers and they have internal communication issues. I would strongly think twice if buying car from such company. By the way, the spare part I got in 4 days directly from Thule!
