I stand yesterday there, go inside with the papers and think all good by them. No it wasn't ok. The Sender wrote wrong there. So is not on KGH. The Lady speek to me friendly i should phone my Office the send new papers. I wait 5 hours there. But only the nice friendly Lady do to phone and wrote that she take right papers. She do it for me the driver that i must no stand longer. That so nice from her. Thats Service!!! Ather times max time by all 30 min. Now by corona is mutch longer but more when go out of norwegin to sweden. I say here Thank you so mutch KGH. When the papers not ok and the driver must wait for cleared is it not by KGH. They only can do by right papers.

I wait 1 hour for a boody paper. Just 5 people in front of me and just two officers. They move very slowly! Very unpleasant service! Especialy at border to Norway! You have to stay a long amount a time, for 1 bloody paper! And when you're coming back (after customs) you realise the person who maked your papers has gone and you are obligated to wait! They talk with each other, they laugh, and they don't care about drivers who has 30 minutes of drivig program. And you're not permited to stay on the customs. It tooks nearly one hour to complete your jurney at KGH! In my opinion? This service sucks! And the customs services too. You do you treat people with such rasism? Why do you think you are gods and we, drivers are bugs? Especialy east european drivers. We don't came to steal your jobs, we don't take any money of you. You don't have right to have such a bad behavior!

При заезде брать в край право. Заехал на паркинг . В бюро нужно взять тикет. Очередь 10-20минут. Дают бумаги. Идёшь на таможню, снова процедура с тикетом но уже на таможне, и отдаёшь на подпись, одну бумагу возвращаешь в KGH.
