Beautiful place, morden and clean. I just do not like the approaching of the waiters and waitresses. They want to become close to the customers, they arrive from behind, they lean under the tables and speak very close to the customer. I hope all of that has changed, with the Covid-19 era. In addition, if you wear high, thin heels, be careful with your shoes when stepping on the metal mesh screen at the entrance to the restaurant. They should have a notice or a carpet covering. I ruined the loosening of a shoe that I loved. But, I complained and received a check for the amount I paid for the shoes, to be used in the restaurant. Okay, in the end I had fun there.

The tomahawk steak was really good! It was tender and juicy, with a lot of taste. The servers were nice. The prices are higher than average (400-700kr per person), but is expected because it’s a hotel restaurant. Good ambiance. We came here without a reservation but they were able to accommodate us. They seated us in a table between two windows such that our table did not get a view. I asked if we can take any of the vacant tables by the window on each side of ours but the server said they were reserved. We didn’t contest and settled for our table instead, ordered food, and enjoyed our meal. We were there for over an hour and yet the tables on each of our sides remained empty. I just wish we could have gotten a better seating.
The fish plate was very good, and the lead mixologist knows his cocktails! The staff were wonderful too
Loved the food of this restaurant. Staff is very welcoming and polite. We ordered truffle crisps for snacking whilst waiting for mains. The crisps were awesome. The complimentary bread was soft and moist. The mains of burger and chicken were nice too. Overall a great experience with nice ambience and great view of the lake.
I went there recommended by a friend and i was impressed on how good it was. Compared to everything else i had in Norway, here i felt it was worth the price. I paid EUR 50 for oysters fish of the day (side dishes were amazing!!) wine - which is the price around here, i have paid more for worst food so i was really happy with what i got here.
Nice place and really good food. The service was ok until we tipped the waiter with 50 kr and he looked offended. I don't know how the average tips are in Norway but he could have shown a little bit more sympathy and respect. If he wanted to earn more he should have chosen a different job.
Great service, great food. Steak house, but they also do a \today's fish\ meal
