I was once there during my vacation in Norway. I got a really good advice to all my questions and the personal and the seller were all so friendly. Beside that fact, they have a huge amount of different things for your four-legged friend. I highly recommend that store. I was served by a young women with red hairs. She could answer all my questions (also in English) and was super kind too. I will visit it again when I'm the next time in Stavanger.

Definitely the best pet store in Stavanger Our dog Mollys favorite go to place as pets are welcome and the staff is superfriendly and helpful️ Wide selection of dog equipment, toys, treats and food They also have activity Saturdays with environment training, agility and so on. We highly recommend this place

This is my go to pet store. Everyone is super friendly and they have a great selection. They even have a satisfaction guarantee with food if your pet doesn't like it and you get a free goodies bag when you buy dry food.

Spent 15 minutes waiting on the phone while they figured it was more important to talk to friends and give dogs treats. They picked up the receiver, said to wait and then left me there, so I actually heard them talk to friends and call for dogs to give treats. (The dog's name was Oliver.) I don't know how their customer service is beyond that, because after 15 minutes I hung up before they picked up. For all I know the phone is still off the hook there.

Fantastic shop. Sells everything a pet owner could wish for. Great selection of fresh and packaged treats for dogs. Also sell large bags of dog food, harnesses, leads, beds etc. Excellent staff whom are very friendly and knowledgeable. They are flexible on the dog food and will exchange bags if dog doesn’t like the one you chose. There is also loyalty bonus on dry food.
