This place has the best sushi I've ever had. The raw sushi is delicious, and the flambeed salmon sushi is even better. I recommend getting the newbie or the chef's choice. The chef's selection comes with a punch card, and as often as I go, it'll come in handy. I have not had a wrong item; everything has tasted phenomenal.

One of the worst sushi experiences I've had. Compared to other places I would say Sabi Sushi Hinna has the same quality as a cheap takeaway sushi place, however, with much higher prices. The fish tasted stale, the rice was not seasoned, and the scampi tempura was Chinese style deep fried shrimp - not tempura. What makes the experience worse is that the restaurant has a lot of focus on nigiri, sashimi, and very simple maki rolls. These types of rolls are highly dependent on the quality of the fish and rice, and when these things are subpar, the experience suffers. I would not recommend.
