What a professional lady! With very clear instructions and a lot of patients Chip managed to ‘fix’ my bad breathing habits and wrong posture. Making funny noises to warm up the vocals can be quite challenging, but not with Chip, she does them with you which makes it easy relax. I’m so impressed with her positive attitude, and smooth teaching technique. The hour is already over before it’s begun.

I'm a professional singer currently touring with And finally Phil Collins on a 70 date theatre tour of the UK as lead vocalist. Chip is my vocal coach and has helped me develop my technique, strengthen my voice and extend my range. As well as deal with the stamina required for extensive touring. From beginners to professionals I would highly recommend Chip and her teaching style to anyone wishing to sing for fun, semi professionally or fully pro. Don't waste your money going anywhere else.

I went to see Chip to address tension in the neck and larynx when singing higher notes with my choir. Chip shared simple but highly effective techniques on larynx position, head placement, posture and accessing mix voice. After just a few sessions, all tension is now gone and I am singing freely and reaching notes I never knew I could. Thanks Chip! Highly recommended.

Chip is a fantastic teacher! She creates a very relaxed, encouraging, and fun atmosphere, but she really knows what she's talking about when it comes to technique and I can notice a difference in my singing already after only a few lessons. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience so she is able to spot and address any problems or potential problems very quickly, and as a beginner I feel confident that I'm being put on the right road from the very beginning. I highly recommend lessons with Chip!

Chip is an excellent tutor, having just started singing she made me feel comfortable and at ease straight away. Her knowledge and teaching style far outweighs the cost of lessons and her advice is priceless. She helps you develop from a very creative perspective yet includes all the technicalities of singing, and works with you to develop as an artist and not just a singer. Her studio is also very comfortable and well equipped. Thanks Chip, I look forward to seeing you again soon.

Chip has been the best vocal coach I could of asked for. At first I didn't know if having a female vocal coach was going to be the best thing with vocal ranges between men and women, but what I soon realised was chip is a pro. With her guidance and knowledge she helped me reach a new level with my voice. Chip has got great understanding in both theory and practical, any question I had she had the answers to AND great analogies to help make it that much easier to understand. Her passion for music and singing is great to be around and makes the whole learning experience enjoyable. Great coach and a double thumbs up.

I've been a musician for a fair while, but I've always disliked my own singing voice and so never sang the songs I wrote, never got involved in backing vocals in any bands I was in, and had trouble even communicating melodic ideas to vocalists properly. This needed to change, so I went to see Chip. Chip has a really nice teaching style - everything has felt quite tailored to how I learn best (I tend to like things a little more technical and detailed than most where possible). As I'm usually quite scared of singing, Chip does a good job of making the whole thing feel easy and keeping my overly critical tendencies at bay. All in all I feel I've definitely been improving, and I'd recommend Chip to anyone looking to work on their singing.
