Probably one of my favorite restaurants in Stavanger just on the uniqueness of the flavors relative to everything else nearby.

Yips is the embodiment of how far a few chaps can go with dedication, willpower and innovation. Everything is made from scratch, and the menu sets itself apart from what is already on the street. The sweet & sticky chicken wings (similar to marmite chicken) was a simple dish cooked to perfection - crispy on the outside, tender and marinated on the inside. The buns were on point, and the poke bowl of course could not go wrong. The shoyu ramen fell slightly short of the same standard, but I would happily return for everything else.
