We were so happy to find this place on a rainy evening around 8pm. Owner was keeping an eye on the reception from his nearby house and came out before we managed to call the number posted. Very friendly guy, and during our stay we saw him constantly involved with the place. It’s obvious that these are owners with a lot of energy and enthusiasm. Super clean and neat, improvements under way on many fronts. Bathrooms super clean even if old. The cozy kitchen had a table, stove, sink with plentiful hot water and some pots and dishes. Beautiful river with access to a large gravel beach. Caravan spots a little off the road on good paved and gravelled area, no mud or iffy spots even on this very wet day. Price exactly like every other campsite we used, 225 for a caravan spot (we don’t hook up, though electricity was available). Showers 10 kr per five minutes. Trains rumbled past twice in the night.

A little expensive, a place to empty the grey water would be nice. Despite this the pitches and sanitary are perfectly clean, the presence of a kitchen is also very appreciable. Importantly too, the owners are very pleasant and friendly.

Amazing place with absolutely amazing hosts. Comfortable shower, kitchen, restaurant with wery tasty domestic meal. Great place!

Lovely, quiet place. Nice experience. Very nice seeing over ther river on the railway track. Next time (if will be) I will stop there.
