We arrived at night and reception was closed but we were able to get a key from the Viking Hotel. The bed is fluffy and good, and the water pressure of the shower is high. Location is good and there is Seven-Eleven two blocks below.
Awful, refused a refund as we couldn't go due to pandemic, would not budge, everywhere else in Norway returned our money except this kip, will not be going back when we return in 21/22 ...
The position is super, in the city center, close to everything and the tourist office, where the major part of the excursion starts. It is very easy to reach by bus. The apartment beautiful, comfortable, warm, clean and the cooking area perfect if you want to have breakfast, lunch or dinner. It is perfect!
Terrible. Horrible room. Worst matterss ever. Ridiculous price for what you get. Room facing a wall could barely see the sky. Offered microwave and toaster that had to be put on the floor or on the stove due to lack of space. Bathroom with no heating. February. Freezing cold. Hygiene very arguable. Blood stain on our sheets which we had to change ourselves by going in the basement to collect clean laundry. The toaster was dirty. Very uncomfortable experience. Hallways stink, no good air change at all. Worst experience ever for that price
Service minded.
Although I did not have the opportunity to stay here, I went in to ask if I could leave my bags for a few hours while I had meetings in this side of town. The manager was more than willing and very nice, and was very helpful giving me information about the city and the accommodations. Will absolutely plan to stay here next time I’m in town.
