The store is part of a chain of yarn stores in Trondheim. They normally give good service and are generally helpful. However, new employee obviously did not get the memo. Arrogantly disregarding simple questions, unwilling to help, blowing off with disrespectful "buy it or get out".....quite annoying and not at all a good experience... Recommend to avoid and rather go to same chain in City Lade.
