A great view over Trondheim City!
It is a beautiful park, very slippery in the snow/ice but the views from the fort at the top of the hill are amazing, especially as it’s getting dark and the street lights are coming on. If you’re ever in Trondheim I would recommend visiting, just be careful if it’s icy, the roads are slippery and there are parts of the park that are like ice rinks, but you can still manage to get around easily if you watch your step!!

Nice views to town. Nothing much otherwise. The place overlooks the city of Trondheim, and it's a good place to see it, but the fortress itself is not very impressive. There are a few explanations of the circumstances of which it was built, but not much to see there.
This is must see attraction in Trondheim. A wonderful exhibit of Norwegian history from the 17 the century onward, especially the conflict with Sweden. The view of the city is wonderful.
