As Simon already stated, this is not a public sauna. It is operated by Trondheim Fridykkerklubb, a freediving-club who also are on Ladekaia. There is a wood stove inside and it can be used, but you will have to ask the freediving-club about its usage. Burning and heating of the stove will take at least six hours, and you have no access to showers if you use this sauna. With good company, it can be nice. It is actually an architectural piece inside, made by students. Ideally, someone from the freediving-club put up some infosheets both on Google Maps and in person. Do not go here if you want to get warm in a hurry - then I would suggest going to Pirbadet instead, even if their sauna is not very warm.
