Firstly, the check in and check out time is insane. The gap between last check out and new check in is more than 3 hours, which is not justified by the level of cleanliness observed. Secondly, the communication is extremely poor. We were not given the method to access the room until way after the check in time, and that too after asking repeatedly while we were standing outside the building for half an hour. And last but not the least, despite the high pricing for a guesthouse, the room price apparently did not include bed cover, duvet cover and pillow cover. These things were charged separately, as well as towels. They were lacking basic kitchen equipments, including the dishwashing soap. The room was full of ticks and other insects and generally not clean. No cleaning or safety precautions seem to be followed in light of coronavirus outbreak, as both the room and the common areas seemed generally quite unclean.

Got bait and switched on our booking and moved to the Setnes Feresienter which is infinitely better for only a little more price. Be careful. You get what you pay for
It is a nice guesthouse and the landlord Wang and his wife are quite helpful. I have stayed here for a long term and they provided all the required facilities whenever asked. The rooms can be a little better and sound proofness.
When we booked we were supposed to be in a room for two In nice looking house with a kitchen. When we got there we were moved to a house with a nasty red steep stairway that made me think of the Shining. Our room would have been ok, the bathroom and shower were in separate rooms, they were cramped and not very clean. The kitchen was a hot plate, the fridge was a bar fridge that we would have shared with another person. If there is nowhere else to stay, including a ditch, it would be ok.
Her leier du rom med felles kjøkken, TV stue og bad. Rommet er helt greit. Man kan leie håndklær og sengetøy. Greit å ha med selv.
Et fint sted men der var ikke helt så rent som man kunne havet håbet men når det så er sagt er der nok en af de bedste udsigter man kan få til de penge.
Nogal krap om met 4 kamers, 1 badkamer te moeten delen. Waar het toilet zich ook nog eens bevindt. De oven was zeer vuil. De wifi was ook een probleem in de slaapkamer. Viel telkens uit. In de living was er geen probleem. Communicatie gebeurde via telefoon met de eigenaars. De sleutel van de slaapkamer zit in een kluisje en ze geven de code via telefoon of sms en de living, badkamer en keuken is altijd open.
Rent, hyggelig, moderne tv stue og kjøkken. 4 dobbeltrom pr etg.
