if you need emergency healthcare in this town you need to use force and threaten your way in to the doctor, then teach him how to do his job. This location is notorious for having extremely long wait times for any emergency service you might need, and very poor competence. Truth be told i believe you might be better off spending 3 hours driving to the next one if you are about to die.
