This is just the most wonderful flower shop! I called from Canada to send some flowers to our best friends in Oslo that just had a baby girl and was blown away by the customer service. I spoke with the shop owner Mariela and she helped help me out every step of the way. The bouquet that she made was sent stunning! Thank you so much AmoRosa and thank you Mariela!

In 2015 I delivered my handmade ceramic designs to be sold in Amo Rosa. After some time and very few sales I was picking up my designs and the box I picked up was so purely packed that all ceramic vases I handcraft myself fell on the floor and crushed. I lost 2 biggest vases that include my time, material, transport idea time making and so much more! I was promised by the owners: husband and wife after many phone calls emails and eye to eye conversations 50% of loses to be covered and payed back to me (I charged them for only one smashed vase understanding their hard situation at that time and trying to maintain friendly atmosphere ) I waited over 1,5 year: wrote invoices, reminders even claiming company got involved and got nowhere. Promises, promises, promises... I never received any sort of reimbursement for my loss. I make everything myself and I exhibit around the world New York was my last stop at Wanted Design where I represented Norwegian Design. I have decided to write this review as I exhausted all means of communication with the owners and waited one and a half year (from April 2016) for claiming my loses back but received NOTHING. This is a warning for all Young artist that want to collaborate with Amo Rosa! You giving them everything but don't expect they will treat you nicely and your hard work with respect. Owners of the shop take stuff from artists to exhibit their interiors and they make their shop look nice but they don't pay anything for that. They disrespect artists and designer and I hugely don't recommend any sort of collaboration with them. As I wrote I exhausted all ways to communicate with them they did noting to solve the case. DISAPPOINTMENT!
